What service does your bike or scooter need?
Bikes PREFER to be on the road, not on the lift!
Regular maintenance and sometimes 'surgery' is necessary to keep them running!
Keeping the Manufacturers recommended service up to date at an authorized Dealer will help keep your bike or scooter healthy. Your vehicle is an investment that will serve you for a long time with proper care. We can help you with your service needs.
We have serviced bikes with 2-300 K miles on them and scooters with 35K and they are still going strong. If your bike is still in the warranty period, don't forget that for BMW to approve a warranty issue your bike must have had the required services by an authorized dealer.
Our Techs really need to know the right stuff to keep a motorcycle engine running in tip top shape.

As Rochester’s only BMW motorcycle, Piaggio/Vespa Scooter and ZERO motorcycle dealership, our Technical team is dedicated to servicing these brands only. We have certified BMW techs and one BMW Master Tech, all having received training in servicing BMW motorcycles, Piaggio/Vespa Scooters or ZERO electric motorcycles. Jake, Dan and Jeff have years of hands on technical experience.
Our Service Department gets it right the first time! If you want the best quality BMW repair and maintenance for your bike, this is your destination. We work on VINTAGE as well as NEW machines. We are always ready to discuss your needs and options and keep you updated on the status of work performed on your bike.
As a normal part of your visit to our shop, we check for any technical campaigns or recalls on your bike through the manufacturers online system. We do our best to complete your service as quickly as we can. Service is always available for emergency and out of town visitors. If you know you will be stopping in on your way through, a call is appreciated.
Our Service Staff
Our service writer and warranty manager, and tech as well, Jake Coye, has been with us since 1999 and has been riding or in the business since he was 14. He and his wife Kim, live not far from the shop and thus we often find Jake working on his own design machine on days off in the service department.
Dan has been with us since 2005 and has attained the BMW Master Tech certification level. He was a former customer, working on his own airheads. When we lost our airhead specialist, we offered Dan the job and he now not only does airhead, vintage, Vespa and ZERO work, but also is certified on all the current BMW models. He is certified in his other avocation, barbecuing, as a master barbecuer! Now and again we tempt him to do some barbecuing for us.
Jeff has been with us for 4 years as a technician. He graduated from MMI in 2011 as an HD tech. He has nearly completed all his courses to become a BMW Master Tech. Jeff has completed BMW training courses to become a Certified BMW Technician and has completed the BMW engine course. He has 2 more courses to go before becoming a Master Tech. Jeff says his dad taught him to ride motorcycles and later fix them at age 9, so he's far from a newcomer to the trade. Jeff has fit right in to our CRM family.
